  Baker House always takes great care of our two dogs. The staff is always friendly, prices are reasonable, and they have ample walk-in hours available without an appointment. I highly recommend the vaccines for life program they offer.

  Our dogs have been going here for a few years (because my mom thinks they're the cheapest but if it were up to me i would take them somewhere else). The only reason they can be considered the cheapest is because they scrunch in as many appointments a day as possible and give every animal partial attention. Just last year i took my senior dog and my adult dog in for general check up and they "didn't or ever have them on file". ...... really?? We had been taking them for 3 or 4 years to only ONE vet. So we had to put them back in the system and the next time we brough them back, the system now only had one of my dogs in. Every time I go in for any reason I wait in the front for no less than 40 minutes then once back in a room I wait another 30. When someone finally assists me and my pets they're rough, rude, and my dogs gets way more anxious. All those are just small inconveniences usually but one thing sends me over. One of my dogs has had to get 3 surgeries for similar things that could have been taken care of at the same time. I specifically pointed out and had the nurse feel what needs to come off and she wrote it down for the doctor. By the tine we came to pick her up they had NO idea there was more than 1area. So my baby has to be drug and traumatized multiple, unnecessary, times due to lack of attention and professionalism. And yes theyre charging us more and more each time. Please just take on less to pay more attention.
